The event was started with the recital of Navkar Mantra and lighting of the lamp by the Apex & Zone dignitaries along with the Chairman & Secretary of the Chapter. The welcome speech was given by Shri. Basant Ji Kothari.

             The Chief Guest Smt. P. Aditi Gajapati Raju, esteemed MLA of Vizianagaram elevated the occasion with her presence and her inspiring speech on women was a highlight of the event.

             The Apex Director Shri. Nirmal Ji Dugar, TNAPTS Zone Vice-Chairman Shri. Vikram Ji Shah, Visakhapatnam Chairman Shri. Gautam Ji Parakh, Chief Secretary Shri. Nikesh Ji Jain, Immediate past Chairman Shri. Ashish Ji Dhariwal & Ladies Wing Chairperson Smt. Pramila Ji Lodha addressed the audience and updated on the various schemes and benefits of JITO to the society.

             The Installation & Oath ceremony of the new team led by Smt. Jyoti Ji Bachhawat as the Chairperson, Smt. Neha Jain as the Chief Secretary & Smt. Mona Jain as the Treasurer was done by Apex Director Shri. Nirmal Ji Dugar and the oath ceremony for the committee members was done by TNAPTS Zone Vice-Chairman Shri. Vikram Ji Shah.

             With the existing members tally of 40 members, 27 new members joined the JITO Ladies Wing family on the day of installation with almost more than 50% increase in membership.

             Acknowledgement and appreciation was given to the efforts of youth team members who are a part of the Visakhapatnam Youth Wing, residing in Vizianagaram.

The outgoing chairperson Smt. Reema Kothari gave her farewell speech along with the report on activities done during her tenure. The incoming Ladies Wing Chairperson Smt. Jyoti Bachhawat gave her acceptance speech and the meeting ended with the vote of Thanks which was given by the incoming Chief Secretary Smt. Neha Jain.

             The introduction of the Chief guest was done by Smt. Kusum Ji Chhajer.
