JITO Vizianagaram Ladies Wing In collaboration with the JITO Visakhapatnam Ladies Wing successfully hosted an online awareness session titled “From Hope to Higher Education” on 19th May 2026 at 4:30 PM via Zoom. The event opened with the recitation of the Navkar Mantra, setting a positive and spiritual tone, followed by a welcome address from Chairperson Jyoti Bachhawat, who greeted dignitaries, speakers, parents, students, and participants.
The program commenced with the official launch video of the JITO Education Assistance Program (JEAP), which provided attendees with an overview of its mission and impact. Satish Ji, JEAP Chief Secretary, elaborated on the vision, objectives, and educational opportunities available to students through JEAP. This was followed by a comprehensive keynote presentation by Hitesh Mehta Ji, Project Head and JEAP Convener, who utilized a detailed PPT to guide students and parents on higher education pathways, financial assistance, scholarships, and member-specific opportunities. Mita Surana, JEAP Convener, formally introduced the speaker, while Neha Jain, Chief Secretary, moderated the session.
A highlight of the event was a testimonial from a student beneficiary from Vizianagaram, who expressed sincere gratitude to JITO and JEAP for enabling her academic progress and supporting her aspirations. The session also featured an interactive Q&A segment where members actively raised questions regarding eligibility, guidance, and support mechanisms, all of which were addressed thoroughly, enhancing the value of the discussion.
The session recorded participation from approximately 70 attendees on Zoom, including parents, students, and JITO members, indicating strong community interest in educational empowerment initiatives. Neha Jain, Chief Secretary, JITO Vizianagaram Ladies Wing, concluded the program with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the contributions of dignitaries, speakers, organizers, and participants.
